Some days they will have pet adoption days and the haven humane society will come. You never know what breed of dog there is,so you would just go in and see for yourself.
Yes they are open but breeds vary you need to call and ask them about the breed desired and how you could obtain a certain breed. They do have a list of breeders and could help you find one maybe.
There are pet adoptions there on Saturdays through Pets without Partners, but it would be Luck of the draw to find an Aussie.
