Efficient , fast, friendly and they have all services and labs, pharmacy etc. I love Kaiser, my doctor is amazing too :) I want to update my review after 2 years to confirm that Kaiser and the people in this location are amazing, efficient, friendly, they always try to help you and make you feel comfortable. In every single Kaiser facility I have been, I've been treated with respect and compassion. All tests, Rx, appointments etc., are fast and same day. I just love Kaiser. Thank you health personnel for all your effort and for putting your lives in risk to save us.

Extremely rude behavior from the nurse! Amazed that these people are in a heath care business! They should be polite and gentle to the patients ! Will not recommend this place. 9/10/21. Again, same rude behavior from the nurse who called me regarding my kids referral! I am truly disgusted that no actions were taken to rectify this type of behaviors since my last review !

Pharmacist technician not the typical Pharmacist that I usually see was extremely rude and unprofessional. Coming from health personnel myself treating our patient with respect is our number one priority. Very disappointing
