Chaotic layout of store. Had to ask for help. Staff was more intent on restocking than in helping a customer. They did not have what I was looking for.

Not good experience! Using my American Express, American Express refused this purchase. Sent me notifications that it was refused by them on the weekend. I called Monday a 35 minute phone call resulted in RAS telling me they always have problems with American Express. (Possible because RAS has two names). Had to give the entire order over the phone, person taking info was obviously not trained had no idea of the products. Finally got the charge to go through. They did remove my shipping costs because of the problems. I didn’t receive a receipt. Called this morning and was told the packaged shipped on 10.11.22. Tracked the packaged and it still has no delivery date. Not so sure I will try this again.

I'm not sure, but they carry a great array of watercolors, acrylics, oils, papers, sketch books, papers, inks, and anything else you might be looking for. You might want to reach out to them if you are looking for something specific.

We do have books. Limited selection, but we do. Just ask a sales person 👍 most of them are off the floor due to lack of space

Studio Sales Pottery Supply in Avon, NY had a great selection of clays and tools last I knew. You could call them to see what they have available.
