I have lived on the premises for over 22 years. I have never experienced any type of burglary case. It is a quiet peaceful place. It is clean. The manager Mrs. Jenn Mendoza, the manager of Mill Creek Landing Apartment , is among the best managers in the Unite States.She responses promptly when you report to her about any damage in the apartment, whether minor or mayor. Tenant satisfaction is always her first priority.Mrs. Mendoza is nice and approachable, which are hallmarks of a good manager. She is highly innovative. Any innovative ideas she shares with tenants, she will certainly implement them into substance, epitomizing trustworthiness. Trust itself is a virtue. Those working with her like maintenance men and women, repairers, cleaners are among the best workers so far. The complex is a safe place to live, located near the Sea and its estuaries.It has a gate. You can have access to the premises using a code designated to you or a remote device for your convenience.Tenants are not hostile to each other but friendly. Take a visit to the office!

Mill Creek Landing is absolutely lovely. The apartments are spacious and maintenance does a good job with upkeep. It's a ver y peaceful area and can barley hear anything. My favorite part is the overview of the Chesapeake Bay and Fort Monroe. It's really peaceful. Also the leasing office is very responsive and takes care of even the smallest issue in a short time.

I've been living here about 20 months. I chose the apartment here for several reasons: the first reason was because the apartment has a water view and I have been living in a water view house on back river for 40 some years and knew that after such a long time I needed a water view to feel at home. This apartment appeared to offer that. Unfortunately though, my first floor apartments view was completely obstructed by uncut vegetation. This was the primary reason for my choice. I hope this situation has been resolved and will be maintained so that I may enjoy my precious water view. ---and I hope I will not have to move again. I love this community and would like to remain here. My other concern is my kitchen appliances, could use updating. Maintenance staff has improved significantly since our new full time technician, JT has arrived. Before this, we were sharing a technician, which increased wait times but now with a permanent technician work orders are not held up and response time is great. Our property manager, Jenn works hard to handle complaints in a timely manner as well and she does a great job at keeping such a diverse population happy.

The apartment is very spacious and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The neighbors we have met are very friendly and welcoming. Jenn, the property manager, is amazing and is always there to assist us with anything we need. Repair requests are taken care of quickly. The maintenace tech JT is very polite, friendly, and professinal. It is tough to find a community with such caring staff like them and we were lucky to find this property.

What is price 4 a year lease
We are gated, yes. We are not priced by season at all. If a home is available for lease, the price on that home can change daily (driven by supply/demand) until it is rented. Once rented, that is the price for the length of that lease term. Hopefully this is helpful info!
