I have lived here for 4 years and I would not advise anyone to move here. They advertise this complex as luxury but it has gone downhill in the past 7-8 months. My car was stolen off the property earlier this year and the security cameras they have on the property don’t work. The gates don’t work. Shootings twice in this past week, with injuries involved in the second incident. Management never sent out an email or paper letter after these incidents occurred to inform residents. I had to find everything out through other neighbors and through the news channels reports. I feel unsafe living here wondering when the next time I will be woken up out of my sleep hearing gunshots. The complex is supposedly now working on getting night security, which I hope does happen for the community so I can feel safer living here until I can move out.

I have been watching this place and the reviews for over a year now and I so want to live here I'm not even looking anywhere else (which is probably a horrible idea to put all of my eggs in one basket). I did call to inquire and spoke with a wonderful rep who answered everyone of my numerous questions. I will be filling out an app very soon and I'm Praying they have availability.

Under new management has real meaning here as Falcon Creek is returning to the great little neighborhood I moved into a few years ago. In particular, the current staff members are professional and supportive and really appreciate the residents. The area feels safe, the grounds are fairly well kept, and the staff are very cordial and responsive to our requests. The new management team also work hard to help us feel like a real neighborhood and put on parties/celebrations and really make a genuine effort to give residents a sense of belonging and that they care about our happiness here. I'm glad I stayed and with CJ at the helm, plan on staying another year or two!

I have lived her two years now and I love it. Ms. Debbie who is the property manager is the greatest. She allowed me to use the conference room free of charge for my medical school interview. She was super supportive and wished me luck. Michele is also very sweet and is always super helpful. Maintenance landscapes and power washes the buildings often so they don’t look old and worn. And requests are taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The walking trails are really nice and I really enjoy the pool during the summer. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that it’s supposed to be a gated community and the gate are almost never working. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints living here.
