Property Manager Kevin Fuller is AWESOME🤩 He was super helpful in my inquiries & so nice! He took the time to explain everything to me & has the best personality than anyone I have encountered at the office since I lived here & that SPEAKS VOLUMES👍🏽 It doesn’t cost anything to be nice & respectful & he is definitely both! He has made my experience here better than it has been since I’ve moved in last yr & I appreciate that! I am a happy resident😁

I just don't understand how there can be garbage everywhere. And why will no-one pick up after their dog. The bags are there for you along with a place to throw them away.

I've lived here for over 5 years and at first it was great, quit, and clean but now that we have new owners it's terrible, dirty and honestly it gives poverty vibes! The old owners used to care about the type of people they rented to, they used to send out pest control on a regular, always had someone picking up trash, they used to update apartments so they didn't look out dated! This new company does nothing, there is always trash everywhere, loud music, loud people, abandoned cars its really disappointing to live here now.

Nashboro Village is fine, I don’t recommend “village hills”, but the rest of the village appears fine and I personally think more updated overall. The amenities are lacking, I do see that they are bringing in more things so hopefully that’ll change soon, but it’s still an issue now. The location is great if trying to go to the airport or parts of downtown. I don’t feel that there is anything “special” about living over here but I haven’t had any problems with safety. I’m giving it four stars for the overall village, it would be three stars for “village hills”
