Mostly things are alright, we like that the community is starting to have events and the neighborhood does look nice. We love our apartment and Management has good intentions, however we have concerns for the safety and security of the neighborhood, including the garage. We would like to see better and more secure bike area in the metro garage. Better security at the pool, and taller fences so vandals can't jump the fence. Our door code seems to have a curfew which has resulted in being locked out a few times. Not a fan of the new trash service and being forced to pay a fee for it, I feel I should be able to opt out if I choose.

City Views current management is incredible! I lived here for a year with a different management team, but when I ran into a problem and needed to go back to get it fixed, Dayna helped me right away. She was quick to respond, and happy to help! It blew me away how great the staff was compared to the old management. I’m so thankful they took the time to help me out, and I don’t even live there anymore. As for the buildings, they are wonderful with tall ceilings, lots of amenities, and a nice community. I will say it tends to get noisy on the weekends, but that is expected in a downtown Nashville apartment! You have beautiful views of the city, and it’s a nice, safe little neighborhood to go on walks at anytime of the day. If you’re looking to move to Nashville and you want to be downtown, but also want to avoid the noise and chaos of being directly downtown, consider City View!

The place is a bit pricey, but I do love the location. I have been here for 7-months. I love the current staff, Dayna, Torin, and David. Dayna is quick to respond and sharp. Torin is easy to talk to and helpful. David knows his stuff concerning maintenance issues and is trusting. The previous ownership was a hit or miss. The current staff is what makes the ownership better.

The best location you could probably ask for - close enough walk to all the spots in downtown and to the stadium yet far away from all the noise. Apartment views makes for amazing sunrises and sunsets. Pool is well maintained in the summer. Management is fast and efficient on any requests.
