I applied for the apartment, got approved and was supposed to be contacted again to sign my lease and etc...a few weeks ago. Got an email TODAY from Mrs. Cooke stating that I wasn't actually approved for the apartment due some addresses supposedly being wrong on my report and that they needed written proof from the landlords or some bs like that. They had already pulled my previous addressed because I was asked to update my application a few weeks back and I did and heard NOTHING about any discrepancies being on my file until now. I was due to move in the Middle of May. Not sure where any of this is coming from now. I've applied for other apartments in other locations and NO ONE has EVER brought up anything about any discrepancies being on my report that would prevent me from getting an apartment.

In the 6 months I’ve lived here, I have not once been able to directly contact the property manager. She is never in the office - any day, any time. Delia is completely incompetent and has not done any management services. Every month, I have to call and let her know I’ve paid rent or she accuses you of skipping. She lost my lease twice after I signed. She ignores maitenance requests (took 5 months to get my tub fixed so it would drain properly). There is vandalism on the property, as well as no working facilities. I am utterly disgusted at the business practices here and cannot wait until my lease ends.

I moved to Nashville from denver and Delia could not have made the move any easier. She was prompt with any calls and sending paperwork. The apartment was in perfect shape and everything was as promised. Thanks Delia!

Do not move here, its a water problem in depth in building D. Management do not want to pay the expense, so they paint over the problem and tell you to get renters insurance. D-60 master bedroom have horrible moisture problem cause by mold or something, management want to act stupid when it comes to fixing the problem. Nosey as property manager that overstep her borders, needs to worry about the maintenance thats its. 915 is not worth it epesically when the laundry facility is crap! The apartment next door had a water mane bust and the upstairs have a water problem as well.
