Do NOT move here..we were told we could get our $200 ‘administrative fee’ back, which was an ADDITIONAL FEE to the $99 application fee, if we didn’t move in. It was a ‘special’ at the time. We are not moving in and they are now saying we can not get our $200 back. These folks are slimy and pulled the old bait and switch 😠!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. this is the worst apartment i’ve ever lived in. we have a washer/dryer in our apartment since we’ve moved it and it has been broken since. we’ve called no answer, when we got in touch with maintenance they said it was completely broken that they would replace it and that never happened. we have been using the laundry facility in the basement that i doubt has ever been cleaned because they are absolutely disgusting and they never work. they used to be a credit card machine that was fine then they decided to put a QR code on there to replace it that never works. the parking situation used to be fine. the parking lot was first come first serve. now they are paid for monthly and assigned to residents when there is only 70 spots and 170 units. and they are all bought out by airbnb’s. so they are empty every single day while the residents have to park on the street and get 2-4 tickets a week. this place is an absolute joke. and another thing all the plugs in our apartment either don’t work or are too lose and fall out our plug ins.

This place is literally the worst!!! Property management is unorganized and all they do is blame the last managers. They are very fixated on painting the parking lot lines instead of actually improving the building itself. Maintenance will dirty up your apartment when they come in to fix something. Also, when you are talking to the secretary they will cut you off to answer the phone. And hold a 15 minute conversation with the person on the phone when you are there for something you deem impprtant!! Overall, worst complex in Nashville. For the price and location it's all right but management I terrible. Also I would like to state that as of recent the I've noticed that hours of operation are not 9-6pm but some where between 9-5 because I have been trying to get a package for 3 days now that is in a locked room that only management has a key to!! Literally Dredd and Co. Need to do something about how theu run a business because so far when ever I see them an issue is never resolved and always leaves me angry.
