Great response from our very first inquiry through move-in. Haley has been a tremendous help throughout the full process. We have never felt so welcome in any complex we've lived. The grounds are pretty, set back from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to a lot of places in a short period of time. Thank you Haley for making us feel so welcome and being so helpful!! It is so appreciative!!

1 star is due to cost increase compiled with many other factors. Rent went from 1250$ last year (2021) when we signed the lease to 1850$ (2022) a month.600$ increase is an insult to current residents, plain and simple. Highly recommend to stay away from here, unless you enjoy being price gouged by a corporation with no consideration for their current residents. We paid every month, and dealt with many issues with the apartment,sparking breaker box, broken toilets, water leaking through the ceiling due to work being done upstairs by untrained maintenance who didn't test if the water was still on, also had hornets getting into screened in porch of which we were told, buy a can of killer (which they have burrowing hornets into side of building I complained 3 times about), had a water heater spraying water everywhere, had heat leaking in from exterior door,closet gets 20 degrees colder than rest of house (was told due to vent,it's actually due to insulation from previous drywall repair to exterior wall), had to have Comcast replace cable termination due to it being old and unprotected. Also they didn't put chlorine in the pool,we tested it last year. Algae was starting to grow too. I'm probably forgetting more but I'm just surprised they felt inclined to raise the rent the way they did, so I felt the need to inform others of how our stay has been here for ONLY 9 months so far. Looked at living here another year but financially has turned into a joke for current residents to resign the lease agreements. Stay away if you think loyalty means anything.

Where to begin, relocating to Nashville. Starts off with Haley, who made my decision so easy to choose Priest lake super easy. I accustomed to leasing professionals talking up a property that’s not factual. But Everything that Haley said was totally true. She’s very nice, really sweet and professional. The leasing office here is absolutely amazing. Every single encounter I have had with them showed me how much pride they take in their jobs and how much they do care about the community. BIG BIG shoutout to the maintenance team though. I've lived here for about 3 months now and don't get me wrong, my apartment is nice and up to date, but things happen. Any time I have made a maintenance request they treat it as if it were their apartment. Kind, courteous, and prompt. Other complexes I've lived at may make a halfhearted attempt at fixing an issue these guys go the EXTRA MILE. Cannot express enough how much I appreciate the maintenance team here. Genuinely above and beyond my expectations.
