If you work NIGHTSHIFT THIS ISNT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Between the constant construction in every single apartment around you, the constant banging from that, when there isn’t construction the floors and walls are so thin expect to hear everything. Don’t think you can wear ear plugs and hunting headphones on top of that plus a tan to help cancel the noise out because it won’t. And don’t expect the construction to just take a couple weeks expect a couple months. Had I known I probably would have never chose to live here. Other than that it’s a great apartment complex with nice amenities just really sucks if you’re a night shift nurse. 🙃

I really enjoy living here. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are beautiful. My only complaint is that they have raised water, “building”, and pest fees since I moved in 5 months ago with little warning. If the rent is at the top of your budget then I do recommend avoiding since they find ways to increase the price.

I like living here. It’s beautiful and there is so much green everywhere! Everyone who works here is amazing. It’s a bummer that there is asbestos in the ceiling and the buildings are very old so there not that nice looking on the inside. The rooms are all very spacious but there is not enough windows especially in the living area, it feels very dark. When I moved here I was from out of state so I wasn’t able to see my apartment until arrival. It smelled like cigarette smoke so the leasing lady showed me three other apartments that also all smelled like cigarette smoke. In the end I had to chose the one that least smelled like smoke. Overall the community is great but the buildings are lacking.

The manager of this place, Aubrey, is absolutely horrible. She has no respect for people who do not look like herself. She thinks she can speak and treat those that SHE deems less than, however she pleases. I wouldn't dare suggest my friends or relatives live under her management or care.
