DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. As many other reviewers have said, the application process is an absolute nightmare. However, the bad dream doesn’t stop there. Things break constantly. The garage flooded for a MONTH and they refused to do anything about it. Our fobs to scan into the building currently only work on one door. Management is horrible, constantly berating you with texts about how “we have to keep this place clean,” and threatening additional charges.Newsflash, this isn’t the Ritz Carlton…it’s barely a Ritz Crackers box. The walls are painted two different colors in places and the carpeting is atrociously filthy. If you do live here, expect to be constantly awoken by screaming in the alley, irked by incompetent and delusional management, and plagued by inconveniences left & right.

Yes, i called today, but you do have to apply in person. I do believe they have a waitlist too.
They had an open house for it a week ago but u can sign up for it on the website
