If you work night shift this isn’t the apartment for you, renovations that are taking place are constant to the point I’ve been having to sleep in my car during the day, fire alarms intermittently went off multiple times while I’ve lived here at all hours of the day/night, when your paying for a $3000 plus for an apartment that you can’t be comfortable in it is so frustrating especially after reaching out about concerns. Facility is nice over all, locations good but previous management was a disappointment, doing things such as scheduling appointments so with my roommate and I for a Friday when their last day managing was the Thursday before.ownership has recently changed hands again so hopefully things improve but so far I haven’t seen any marked improvement.

Management changes every few months, so it becomes impossible to track down those that could help with maintenance situations— all they will ever say is that they are not responsible for the building, or that they are busy settling into the new management system, so they can't help. Noisy college students make it impossible to live a peaceful life. Contacting management about it will resolve nothing— neighbors are still as noisy as ever. These college kids also smoke so much marijuana that the hallways get nauseous on weekends. Overall very dissatisfied.

Moved in a month ago, the place is well located with very quiet rooms and good amenities. The staff is very nice and helpful and the leasing agent we had (Irina) was quick and responsive to amend any issues or questions I had.

The actual worst place. People are impossible to deal with. Imagine the worst stereotype of a landlord. Don’t fix issues sufficiently and overall deal in very bad faith. Also dirty.
