We are so thankful to live here. Coleman Realty who manages it does a great job! Their prices are unbeatable. We love the layout of our townhome and nice neighbors. Very thankful. You can walk in the neighborhood behind, day or night. It’s close to many things including Ellington Ag which is a huge park. The apartment location is a little tough bc it sits at a major intersection and two gas stations. Therefore, there are at times people’s mufflers are loud on the surrounding street and race. These things should be completely illegal but very hard to manage. That is the biggest downside But the apt can’t do much about any of that. People just need to know that if sound is an issue for you, be aware of that and be willing to deal with it. Or buy a serious noise maker to drown it out somehow.
