I stayed there for a year from 2019-2020. I will list down the pros and cons below: Pros: 1. Maintenance team is quick to fix things. 2. Good location with short distance from Charlotte pike. Cons: 1. The floors are really thin. You can literally hear every move your upstair neighbors make. I had really tough time sleeping at nights because of the noise my upstairs neighbor made since they had early morning shifts or something. I made several complaints about it but it didn't go anywhere. 2. Expect the leasing office members to barge into your apartment anytime without your permission. I had heard about this before moving there but had never experienced myself until March 2020 when I started working from home. One day Mercedi and some other person from leasing office suddenly barged into my apartment. They made an excuse that they made a mistake and were supposed to visit my neighbors apartment (I later confirmed with my then neighbor but he said he didn't have any appointment either). Mercedi called the next day to apologize but I guess I wouldn't have figured it out had I not been working from home. So be prepared for people from leasing office entering your apartment without your permission. 3. Also be prepared to lose most/all of your deposit.

My experience with Legacy hills has been great. I lived here for a year and now relocating because of work. The maintenance staff is so quick and efficient in addressing your needs in less than 24hrs. Clara in the main office is really friendly and makes you feel at home by listening and addressing any questions/concerns you may have. The Smart app works promptly. With the smart door lock system, I never had to worry about taking and then eventually forgetting my door keys and locking myself out, which I have often done in the past ;) Overall, I highly recommend this complex!

This is the best rental living I've experienced. Beautiful, well-maintained. Polite, quiet, clean community. Present, kind staff who are quick to respond. Just awesome.

Maintenance, office staff and landscape of the area is great. Awesome location, great views if your apartment faces towards the road. We lived there about 3 years and couldn't wait to leave. The floor was caved in, carpet old, windows old with holes in screen, thin walls, and no street clearance for snow and ice. The water bill was almost 200 a month and it was the pandemic fault. I live elsewhere now and my water bill is 50 bucks. Also I did have some damage to my walls which I was fine paying for, and the carpet but that should have been covered with pet fee every month. I paid a full months rent, plus utilities and cleaning fee only to be charged another 300 dollars almost a month later. Hard pass
