This place is unorganized and unprofessional. I applied to live here and spoke with someone in the leasing office. Was told I had to pay $450 before they can review my application. Went to Publix to get a money order but called before getting my money order. My concern was paying $450 to not get the place and not get my money back. The person at the front reassured that I will get $400 back but they’ll keep the $50 for application fee. I then proceeded to get the money order. I was no longer qualified to stay at the apartment and was told I could get my money back because I signed a “Contract” I told them that the last I spoke to told me I could get $400 back. i was then told that the lady I spoke to was a Temp and wasn’t informed on the return policy. So because I was misinformed, I can’t get my money back. They then gave my their cooperate number and guess what? These people are literally IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I’ve emailed, called and even showed up to one of their offices in Nashville. Office is empty, phone is automated and email just sits in their inbox. No call back and no email. The worse experience. DON’T waste your time coming here. They don’t care about finding you a home. They care about getting the money and making commission. WORST COMPANY EVER!

We have been here since December of this year and have had non stop issues. Currently listening to my neighbors screaming and blasting their music at 11:30pm on a Sunday night. It’s always loud here. We’ve had to call the cops 3 times because the music is so loud you can hear it clear in our apartment. We’ve complained about this to the staff and nothing happens. The tenants around us are rude and don’t care how they affect you. All the bad reviews of this place are so accurate. This is not worth your money. Our appliances keep dying and it takes forever to get a response from anyone to solve anything. Recently our neighbors have been grilling with their propane tanks blocking our way out our own door. Someone is always blasting music, fixing their cars in the parking lot, leaving trash everywhere. Oh and on top of it all there was a shooting here in our parking lot. We heard it clearly from our living room. We can’t wait to leave this place. Do not come here. Update: Out ceiling had been leaking since almost 2 months ago. It’s been reported multiple times and nothing happens. Another reason to never rent here again.

Overall HORRIBLE place to live ever since the new company bought them out a year ish ago and renamed it “The Brentwood” -Zero communication from the managers/office! -Pool is not regulated and people swim all night long and children are there with no adults during the days- so dangerous! -Bugs, bugs and more bugs. No pest control company ever comes here routinely anymore -Playground area is dangerous and destroyed/broken fence and wire, nails, sharp broken wood. -Overcrowded units with 5+ adults and each their own car/ Full parking at night. -No rent drop box!! New company has done away with it. How are people to pay their rent when they can only drop it Mon-Fri 9-6. Most people work the same hours as the office is “open”- makes no sense! I could go on and on!! We’ve lived here 5 years and have been good with it until lately! A horrible community I would not recommend to Any person ever!!! So insanely happy to move out soon

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived. Management changes every 6 months. Water gets cut off for the entire complex without a minute of prior notification. Nothing updated in 4 years. Terrible all around (and I’ve lived here for 5.5 years for reference)
