This apartment complex is honestly a joke. They close from 12-2 for lunch. No one is in the office after 3. They do not answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. They do not respond to maintenance or roach issues. 0/10. DO NOT RENT HERE. The ONLY time you will hear from them is if it’s about rent, otherwise they couldn’t be bothered with the people who live here.

I've been here almost a year and only had a mailbox for 2 months. The mailbox got broken in and they fix everyone mailbox except mines. Remind you I am black all the other tenants are Mexican or Hispanic all their mailbox are fixed but me mine is not every time I go tell them they still refuse to fix it and just raise my rent to 960 and this is not worth it when they can't fix a mailbox in the apartments look like project housing

Friendly/helpful people in the office! The apartments themselves however... Cockroaches galore. Some buildings worse than others. The apartments are in serious need of renovation, though given the area it's in, doubtful it'll happen anytime soon. Extremely noisy. Seems like the walls are paper thin (and the floors, as you can hear people below you walking around). Parking is terrible; spots frequently fill up and force you to park in weird places, then you get towed for parking in said places. The lots need serious resurfacing, not to mention speed bumps from hell! If you just need somewhere temporarily, or really have no other option, then it will do.

I have lived in Texas and here in Nashville and have to say this is the worst place I have ever lived in my 34 years. I have had a pest infestation since April with no assistance from the leasing office. Not only that I have had water intrusion issues appliances not working and all I get from the leasing center is the run around. Had the new manager of two months come to my unit saying they would fix things but still nothing. I have left messages at the corporate office but can't even get a phone call from them. But I bet if anyone was late on their rent we would get called. Horrible customer service deplorable living condition. Don't ever move here. Actually have contacted the health department and hopefully that will light a fire under management to take care of items we all need that live here
