I hope this helps someone’s I really do because I would hate if someone had to stay here. It would be in your worst interest to stay at this horrible apartment. The front office is awful they never answer the phone I once called 10 times through out the day and they never answered. They also always blame it on maintenance when something is wrong when it’s really just bad business from them they don’t know what they are doing. I’m addition I was lied to about the apartment I was going to be in and told I was going to be switched and it never happened. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Complete waste of time. When I called to ask for a tour, I was looped around to several off-site agents who assured me that the type of apartment I was interested in was available. Then when I finally talked to someone on-site, I was rudely told that the apartment I found available on their website was never even option to begin with. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all!

If I could give this complex a negative star I would. The office almost NEVER answers the phone. I called 47 times yesterday, left 3 messages and an e-mail and NO ONE responded to me. I had to get a balance taken care of, since we are moving out, they are still trying to charge us for next month, and they are telling me I am still responsible for the balance for after we move out, when they did finally answer the phone. I would NEVER recommend this complex to ANYONE. If you don't have to move here, DON"T DO IT! Children run around unsupervised all the time, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything above a normal conversation level between two people. The management doesn't seem to care about their tenants, unless you aren't paying them money, then they will send you messages all the time! We tried everything to get rid of the cockroaches and spider crickets in our apartment, but they just kept coming back! We even had a problem with slugs for a while. We had to have people come and replace soft spots in our floor 3 TIMES because they weren't doing it correctly, or more would keep appearing. I am so thankful to be getting OUT of these apartments finally. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I have had the pleasure of living at Hickory Creek for two years. Beautiful, spacious homes at very reasonable prices! The landlord, Natalie, has always gone above and beyond in making Hickory a more comfortable place to be. All of the staff remember me as an individual; I never feel like "just another tenant." As a college student on her own for the first time, I was grateful for the care and attention Hickory Creek offered me. Would absolutely recommend!
