Had a great experience renting at Rivertop. We renewed our lease for the 2nd year but ended up buying a house, otherwise, we would’ve stayed. Colby, the Property Manager, is super responsive and way more understanding/helpful than any other Property Manager I’ve ever encountered. Rivertop is a great choice and I highly recommend.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Rivertop for a year now and I love it! The views are undeniable. Maintenance does an amazing job maintaining the grounds it’s always nice and clean! I spend most of my time in the fitness center which is spacious and has a wide variety of equipment to choose from! The office staff Colby,Brett and Cierra are always great and helpful with any questions or concerns that I have!

For the second time in less than two weeks my Truck windows have been smashed and my belongings have been gone through. The property does not have security cameras and has shown the minimal amount of concern for tenant safety. Their response to 13+ cars being broken into (multiple firearms were taken from those cars) on July 4th had nothing to do with a solution to the problem, but alternatively stated "please don't leave valuables in your car and make sure you lock your doors." They also replied that they cannot guarantee tenant safety and to carry insurance on "yourself and your vehicle". It's obvious that they have and will not take measures to increase the safety of the property. The front gate has not been operational for at least 6 months due to "ordering parts" and was deemed not essential for "security" but rather a convenience. I was told by a police officer that due to how remote this place is, it is a very easy target for criminals to hit so I don't see this stopping any time soon. Fortunately the only thing that has happened so far is car break ins. It's unsettling to imagine a more serious or even violent crime happening in this complex and them responding with "we don't have cameras" and "the gate is only a convenience"

I've been living at Rivertop since February 2019, and honestly I don't have much to complain about considering it is a newer apartment complex. However, the parking situation is out of control for buildings 1, 2, & 3. I honestly don't mind parking down the hill, but I do mind the numerous towing threats we have received when we have no other option. Sorry, but this is a bit ridiculous.
