Stephen literally helped me thru this move. Communication was always on time and they are there when I need them; It was a fast thorough process. Idk if I got lucky but my neighbors are nice :) So far so great ❤️ Update: it’s been a month and it’s still so peaceful and quiet.

My boyfriend and I moved here about three months ago and we we’re so excited to move in! The place is cozy and feels like a home. It was a great feeling to feel at home since we just moved from a different state. The neighbors are friendly and the environment is relaxing. It is a great place to come home to after a long day. The balcony is one of my favorite things because I can just see the trees and get away from the city life. Stephen has been absolutely amazing! Every time we have needed something he has been there with a smile. He is kind and extremely helpful. He makes this place extra special.

I put a lot of stock into reviews for apartments because so many complexes around Nashville are clearly not taking care of their property or the residents. Despite the older reviews, this place has clearly risen above a lot of the competition, showing off a clean, well cared for complex! Unlike other complexes that showcase a “model unit” that ends up looking nothing like the real thing, these apartments are well cared for, and the staff are quick to check in to make sure that everything is up to standard. For the price, space, and proximity to downtown, this is also one of the best deals you will ever find - I can get to my parking spot in the heart of downtown in about 10 minutes. While the amenities aren’t mind-blowing, the pool, laundry facilities, dog parks, and fitness center are all clean and tidy, and I’m looking forward to eventually lounging in the sun and grilling burgers with friends! Stephen at the front desk is also one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve met during my time apartment hunting, and he made the process of getting settled much more pleasant. Super glad I looked deeper at the reviews for this place, as it’s easily one of the best places for the price and deserves way more accolades!
