During the end of covid (May of 2021) they wouldn't even let a family of 4 living in the same household go back to see their dying grandmother. She had hours to live and no exception was made. It's my family that this happened to. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE IF YOU WANT TO VISIT THEM OFTEN AND WITH YOUR WHOLE FAMILY ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE PASSING SOON!!! I'm extremly disappointed with this facility and I hope others see just how horrible this truly is. I do not reccomend this facility at all. 0/10

Going on six year's now, my 94 year old Mother still loves being a resident of Good Sam's Loveland Village because: * The staff are always happy showing their nice big smiles. * There is a culture of genuine caring, friendliness, and mutual respect. * The meals are nutritious and delicious. * Most of her new friends, the other health care residents she's found there, thrive for many years.

This place was magical for my mom. She had a great time. The staff took excellent care of her and our family until the end. Can’t thank them enough

My mother was in rehab for therapy. The food was so dry my mother choked almost every day. The nursing care wasn't fit for a dog to live there. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars.
