We took an Uber all the way from Lake Vista which was a 30 min ride after speaking with someone whom stated there was a car available. When we get here we were told there weren’t any cars available. Why doesn’t the customer service number get on board with this location so that we don’t waste time and MONEY to come from far to only get turned away!!

They made the experience fast and easy, there was no hassle, no long wait. What I love is how quick they got me in and out. I book a reservation 1 hr before they closed, the car that I wanted wasn't available, I explained that I needed to leave out of town early as 8am the next morning. She assured me if I arrive when they open she would have me in a car. This is exactly what happen, I arrive the next day. And I was in a car.

I'm a frequent renter from this location. I recommend giving them at least 24 hours notice if you are going to rent. They have a limited number of cars and might not have the size/class you want day of.
They usually have claims for issues like that, arrive with time to let them check on previous claims and parts orders
