I'm a frequent renter from this location. I recommend giving them at least 24 hours notice if you are going to rent. They have a limited number of cars and might not have the size/class you want day of.
You get a call the same day you go in that door you pay with a credit card your driver's license you bought the insurance and you start driving that same day when you do give me two stars

Yes, you can rent the same day but make sure you have a major credit card. If you plan to use a bank card you need to produce paid Bill's from places such as cable, electric so on.
No!! you can rent the same day that you call and reserve the car.
I have always gotten one the same day but as said before, better to make a reservation. Even then you may have to wait for it to be cleaned.
