Stay away from payless. They careless and have horrible service. Stuck at 10pm with kids in Orlando going from one terminal to the next to find an open counter. None. DO NOT BOOK WOTH CARELESS.

All my life I have rented cars in different companies but without a doubt this has been the worst, their staff is not trained they told me that the gasoline was half a tank and that the tolls were included and when I realized they charged me an amount of $150 credit card, I have called thousands of times and they always transfer me and leave me waiting there. They are cheaters. I will not use your services again. Family better look for other alternatives in reliable Company and that respond when the client has a concern. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

What a joke this place is. I had to ask the guy to come out and inspect the car. His response was "so you are going to make me work today". Then I asked for and email confirmation I did not receive it until 2 days later with an fuel charge $74.08 (car was returned full) customer facility charge $16 city charge $2.75 total of $84.08 for nothing. I booked through orbitz and was told that there will be no additional charges. Now on the phone trying to get my money back. Worst experience ever. I think next time I will pay a few bucks more and not have to deal with this situation.

This location is currently going through renovations. I'm sure it will be much nicer once the renovations are complete. Would have given a higher rating, had coffee been available the morning I checked out. Room furniture and decor felt dated, so new, modern decor would give a better overall feel . 10th floor hallway was really hot so I assume the air conditioning wasn't working. Not to bad as the room AC was working. Great water pressure, no complaints there. Consider working on the noise pollution from within. The adjacent room walls have no sound insulation. Nice pool area, my compliments. Great location if your going to Universal. Overall, I had an ok experience at this location.
