Ingrid is one of the nicest (and funniest I might add) small business owners I've delt with in a long time. We recieved a stove from her over a year ago and today I called her pretty late in the day saying we think our frige has stopped working. By 530 that same evening she called and said she was on her way. Her and the technician she came over with were both wonderful! He took his time fixing the issue and even replaced the fan in the freezer, which was above and beyond the problem! She was a delight to chat with while the tech serviced and explained the problem to us. She was adamant that she knew we would have lost an entire fridge and freezer worth of food so that's why she was willing to come AFTER she had closed for the day! Thanks so much again, we couldn't be more grateful!!!

I bought a refrigerator and had it delivered, but I mis-measured my door, so the owner herself came with her tools to my house and was able to get it in. I'm glad I found this place.

This place rocks! The woman couldn't find my stove top in the back room so she let me disassemble one she had on the floor! Very awesome!!!!
