Easy in and out

I used this location to send out a gift for a family member. I'm not sure if the damage occured here or when it hit it's location, but the gift was DESTROYED!! Not just a piece broken, but it looks like it was stepped on and crushed.

Yes, I have mailed from here. Even certified mail.

I have sent you 2 emails regarding a package that was sent to me where I live which is in the Philippines. My sister sent it to me on Nov.10th and it is now Dec. 10th here and I have not received it This was sent through USPS First Class Mail.
