Went in here this week due to being pretty sick, vomiting, headache etc. the PA working was absolutely amazing. Not only did she do helpful testing and help with medication to stop the vomiting… but even ended up reaching out to me after a pharmacy issue to ensure everything went ok and that I knew the medication interactions and things. She truly went above and beyond. My wait to recive care was extremly short and I felt very heard and was taken care of well, I will definitely return for things if my primary care doctor isn’t able to fit me in again like this time,

Nothing wrong with their staff! However, Gisenger located its test center in the middle of a grocery store, where patients waiting for their test could infect a lot of WEIS shoppers passing through the store.

I have always been taken care of very quickly very efficiently and the employees are extremely professional knowledgeable and they don't rush you they take their time with you couldn't ask for better care.

I came to this facility because I was having a bad gout flare up. Lori Pietrowski was the DNP on duty and she insisted that I don't even have gout, and ordered me an x-ray rather than just filling the same prescription I always get during flare ups. I tried to explain that, no, I do have gout, I have had it for years, I take medicine for it, I have seen many doctors for it, I'm always prescribed colchicine and steroids for flare ups and have been for years. "Nope, you don't have gout, it's something else. Probably plantar fasciitis. Do you have to stand for long hours at your job?" No. I sit at a desk all day. "Have you injured your foot recently?" No. I'm having a flare up and can barely walk. "Nah. Here. I'm ordering you an x-ray." I swear to God I've never met a health care provider that was this rude and dense before. Thankfully, my doctor was on call, and she was able to send a prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy, which kept me from having to spend the night at the ER. EDIT After taking the colchicine last night, the inflammation is down, pain is nearly gone, and I can walk again... Shocker...
