All staff was on the ball, Doctors, Nurses, Assistants, Aids, Therapists for a small city hospital . I live in NY and was staying in Scranton and I came to emergancy and landed on the 4 th floor. The team of doctors did the right treatment that I needed. The only thing is I think they should have called my doctor who had been treating me, and they could have educated me more deeply about the after effects and of the treatment they gave me , and how to deal with it until my follow up with my Primary.

Traveling from out of state, we "chose" one of the busiest nights for a trip to the ER, the 4th of July! We were in and out of there very quickly, test results in hand, and a script sent to CVS. Dr. White and EVERY staff member we encountered was pleasant, professional, and and took every precaution during Covid-19. As an employee of a large, well-respected hospital myself, I understand it takes an entire team coming together to run a smooth ER. This Trauma Center team is Top Notch!
