wont pay for my visit to see my primary care doctor.always a charge. always a charge to see my therapist as well, both are at packard health in ypsilanti! when i first signed up for this mess, i was told theyd pay. now i get a bill each month from the clinic since last year!..plus my bill was recently sent to a collection agency affecting my credit rating adversely. when open enrollment comes im ditching this racket.

It's almost impossible to get in contact with them. Every phone number they have, doesn't work. They go to random people. They're online help, is pathetic. I wouldn't recommend them, if you need instant replies.
