Abysmal. Lied and said they attempted a delivery of my package and failed. I know this isn’t true because my entire family and we have multiple cameras including a doorbell camera. Lazy

I should not have to call a 1 800 number to talk to a recording. A simple mistake happen that could have easily been rectified if I was able to speak to a real local person. This is the worst!! So I have a package that was delivered but I can't get it because the mail carrier put it in a lock box, and did not leave me the key. I pray they did not put the key in someone else box. One simple phone call could have fixed this.

Wish I could run my business like they run this one. NOT do there job, lie, not show up and say they did, have my computer answer phone so I don’t have to ……. and still get paid!!!! Must be nice!!

Whoever delivered my mail today on 04-15-2022 decided to drive through my front yard instead of 1. staying in my driveway or 2. walking the 30feet to the door. This is Unacceptable!

I have had several problems with delivery of my mail, other people's mail in my box so it makes you wonder how much of your mail goes somewhere else?
