I am very pleased at the professionalism and courtesy afforded me by Angel Water. You can waste time going to the store buying parts, only to purchase the wrong ones; I prefer to have someone who knows my needs with the proper equipment ready.

Why when I have had 2 visits in the past year and both techs said they would get back to me with a quote because they feel I need a new softener, does NO ONE get back to me. Guess you don't need the business.

Easiest to just call them and let them know you are disappointed and can they do anything to earn your business back. I've been using them for several years and I'm pleased. They aren't the cheapest in town, that's for sure! You get what you pay for though. I know the owner and although we're not friends he is a good person and does care about his customers
