I heard all the horror stories about how PT was going to be very painful and I went in with the mindset that I could do it but day 1 of PT I met with Jeff and he made me feel at ease, told me that they would take very good care of me and assured me that he would be with me every step of the way. And he did exactly what he said. The staff makes you feel seen and heard. They were very personal in their care and how they handle you each and every visit. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. And......PT was not at all the horror I had anticipated it to be. I actually looked forward to my days of PT.

I had a great experience with Dr Jeff as well as the staff. From the receptionist on the first day to inquire about PT services throughout my 11 weeks of physical therapy I can honestly say the entire staff is AMAZING! I highly recommend this location.

Star Physical Therapy in Covington is full of knowledgeable and caring professionals. The facility is clean and the people working there are a pleasure to learn from. I have suffered from severe back pain for years and am finally starting to get relief. I arrived with limited mobility and am now lifting weights. This place is amazing!

Star Physical Therapy - Covington | Oct 8, 2021

Physical therapy is a medical, hands-on approach to relieving pain and restoring function. Physical therapists are medical experts in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and work closely with physicians. Our physical therapists evaluate your movement patterns, identify the cause of your pain, and work to eliminate it. While every patient's condition and pain is unique, your physical therapist will use a variety of gentle hands-on techniques, exercises, and equipment to relieve pain quickly and restore your function to optimum levels. The overall goal is to restore pain-free mobility and function and to prevent the injury or pain from recurring.
