One of the worst places I’ve had to ever deal with. My funds were not supposed to be transferred to millennium in the first place. I have been trying to get my funds withdrawn for going on almost 2 weeks and have gotten no where. I have sent in my verification 3 times now. I had to call to even find out that they didn’t accept my verification the second time, had I not called I wouldn’t have known about it!

My retirement funds were transferred here after a previous account was closed. They have fees that are higher than other providers (Fidelity, Vanguard, etc.), they have fewer investment options, and their website is annoying to use. I took a distribution with a tax penalty just so I didn't have to work with them further.

Seriously my company transferred my 401k to a company that doesn't even have a Android/IOS phone App? What century are they living in? I'm sure they will post; we are working on that. Sometime this century people.

Website is to navigate. I called to speak to representative because I had a couple specific questions and the rep that assisted me was the most kind and help individual I have encountered yet.

Millennium Trust Company performs the duties of a directed custodian. Your money is with us because your former employer has chosen us to reconnect you to your retirement savings and established an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) for your benefit at Millennium Trust. Each account has a fee schedule. The fees associated with your account, and agreed upon with your prior custodian, can be found in the welcome letter you received or accessed through your online account at https://secure.mtrustcompany.com.
Lost cause...10 min wait for assistance. 3rd time calling...not right! This is such a hastle
Thank you for reaching out to us. I see we spoke to you on 7/16. I will have a client service representative, Carolina, reach out to you today to provide an update. Update: This took a bit longer as we needed additional documentation to process your request on two occasions. The ACH to receive your funds was settled on 8/7/19. Your funds should be received within the next 3 business days depending on your financial institutions credit funds policy. We wish you the best of luck with your retirement funds!
About 25 years ago but I never received money last year

Apologies for the late response! There is not a set custodial fee for an automatic rollover Roth IRA. It would be based on fees that were negotiated with the prior custodian. If it is a self directed Roth IRA, it would depend on what you choose to invest in. If you need further information, please feel free to reach out to us at 877-682-4727 Monday-Friday from 7:00am - 8:00pm CST.
Please visit secure.mtrustcompany.com. You can access your account and take action from there. Thanks for reaching out!

Please visit our online portal at https://secure.mtrustcompany.com . This will present you with options available to you in terms of your retirement funds that were rolled over to Millennium. It sounds like you are interested in taking a distribution to put the funds toward a home purchase. Although there are tax implications with this choice, it is certainly an option.
Please reach out to us at 877-682-4727. We would be happy to explain the rollover process in detail to you and provide you with options on your retirement funds if you have an account with us.
Please visit our online portal at https://secure.mtrustcompany.com which will direct you to complete the IRA form which will register your account with us. Once that has been completed, you will be able to request a distribution/transfer online. Processing everything online is the best option for expediency.
I'm so sorry this occurred. Can you let me know the day you attempted to call us or had this issue and I will investigate what happened? Were you dialing 877-682-4727? I had to call because although I had a tracking number I couldn't find a place on the website to enter it, and it had been about 2 weeks since I submitted the request. After I called it arrived in about a week. Just give them a call!!
