You may have an IRA that rolled over to us from a previous employer. You would receive a 1099 that shows the amount of interest earned on the account over the last year. Did you ever work for a company that maybe you had some kind of 403b or IRA contribution, and perhaps it was rolled over to Millennium when you left?
