How do I track an overnight 401k prepaid card distribution? Page is confusing

I had to call because although I had a tracking number I couldn't find a place on the website to enter it, and it had been about 2 weeks since I submitted the request. After I called it arrived in about a week. Just give them a call!!

All depends on what carrier they used. When i withdrawal mine, they used FedEx. My agent have me the tracking number. It was there the next morning
