Thank you for reaching out to us. I see we spoke to you on 7/16. I will have a client service representative, Carolina, reach out to you today to provide an update. Update: This took a bit longer as we needed additional documentation to process your request on two occasions. The ACH to receive your funds was settled on 8/7/19. Your funds should be received within the next 3 business days depending on your financial institutions credit funds policy. We wish you the best of luck with your retirement funds!
Hi Alex! We'd be happy to assist you. Would you please contact us at 877-682-4727?
Short answer... Yes. This company has positioned themselves at the intersection of "sleezy but apparently legal" and "purposeful incompetence but not quite negligent" so as to pilfer funds and fees and processing charges and fees for the issuance of fees to their unwitting "clients." They actually charged me a fee for an unknown mailing address. How did I find out? They mailed it to me, of course! Now then, who in their right mind would be a client? Basically nobody. But they end up with clients by somehow taking over 401k accounts from defunct companies, transferring your account and funds into their coffers without request or permission by the account owner, where then money can be raided in a more convenient fashion. I personally ended up with less money after withdrawal than was deposited, despite it held in a cash equivalent fund. If you have money end up with them, you need to get it out ASAP. Hopefully a class action suit comes along soon to deal with these sleeze balls.
