If I could give this place ZERO stars i would. I am not impressed not even in the slightest way. Health force is just a terrible company for all the aides and for the clients that truly need help. A good majority of staff members, especially all the current schedulers have been caught in multiple lies and are often very rude and unprofessional on the phone. They often get information wrong and will lie to cover their behind. They do not care about aides being mandated because they still get to leave at their scheduled times while some aides are sometimes stuck for up to 8 hours.I still haven’t seen any type of progress or improvement even though there’s new management. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking to work for Health Force or become a client please don’t waste your time, just seek help somewhere else.

If I was able I would give them no stars. It’s terrible for anyone doing business with them clients and staff. They are very unprofessional… I do not recommend working here..

My daughter Rayne is living on her own and is completely disabled. she is a priority 1 patient and this company is constantly leaving her alone. She can not cook, clean or go to the bathroom without help. If you are having these issues please contact me because I am contacting a lawyer and would like to gather multiple people to bring a case against them. This is disgusting. I am also contacting the state because I believe they are committing medicade and medicare fraud as well.

I was enrolled in the consumer directive program with Health Force to be a caretaker for a family member. The HR department, staff, and even the management are extremely unprofessional and incompetent at their jobs. They love to argue and talk down to you. This is a toxic work environment. If you’re looking for a place for consumer directive or employment I would urge you stay away from Health Force. From looking at reviews going back 10 years health force has never handled or solved the issues that they been having for years.
