got to the building 15 minutes before our escape time and the place was locked and dark. gave a call to the escape room's number which was routed to the employee's cellphone saying that there was heavy traffic. once he arrived he let us in and very nonchalantly asked if we had done an escape room before letting us right in with no other establishment of story. room was barely decorated and locks had no correlation to story. hints are also given by opening the door that is already unlocked, breaking the barely immersive experience. low budget, high prices. don't waste your money.

we did the harry potter one and we loved the experience (especially the props)
