I've been going there for many years and basically had a good relationship with this office. There was a breakdown in the system of zero fault of mine. I only need a new script but it seems I had no importance and being punished for actions of others I'm sitting here with no script I've been receiving for years because of this office not only NOT simply writing one but ignored with no return calls. I've been responsible with my mess but it seems no one cares I have no meds and will likely become sick. What happened to the hippacrattic oath!!!!
