They do not as an office but they do provide referral to WNY caring for pets program. If you apply underneath that program they will accept the cash assistance made available as well as allow payment arrangemen. So I would say indirectly yes. The office is very knowledgeable about helpful programs in the area if you can't cover the cost. WNY caring for pets program is income-based. And also helps out in emergency situation and during rescues if verification from animal control ASPCA is provided

Between $250 low cost and $350 high cost if there is complications in the spaying. There are also referrals available to WNY Caring for Pets program which is income-based and if you are denied for that they will do payment arrangements. Caring for pets will provide cash assistance for Medicaid recipients as well as ASPCA rescue situations and low income.

If you speak to a a CSR usually an office desk staff about it you can make payment arrangements before you go to your appointment. The full balance Has to be covered at the time of the visit but you can have an open account, make an appointment for a future date and pay the balance slowly. Thats what I did. Full balance needs to be covered at time of service but quotes for future dates are available to pay on before you go
