It takes so long for people to answer the phone even when you're at a doctor's office or summer where you got to get and ultrasound or any other thing done. I don't understand you guys open up at 8:00 and it's past 9:00 and I still can't get a hold of nobody because I forgot my referral and it took him so long just to get it over the nurse here had to call there but when I called and she said she would fax it over she never did so I kind of think that's a little unacceptable so whoever I talk to thank you but no thank you for the help you did not give me

I have been going here for 6yrs and I have never had an issue. This place changed my life. Dr Jung is amazing, so much so I went and seen another doctor and when he seen my primary told me she was an amazing doctor and I was very lucky to have her. Thank St Vincent’s and especially Dr Jung for helping get my life back and getting healthy.

Doctors, staff, everyone is great. Just one little issue... The wait time is way too long. I have been there twice and I had to wait literally 2.5 hours to be seen! hour in the waiting and 1 hour in the room. I think it would be quicker if I went to the emergency 😂 Our time is very precious. Please 🙏 try to take less than 3 hours next time. The wait time is worst than the ER !!
