I placed my complaint on two realtors over a year ago and nothing has been done. I’ve heard every excuse from Covid-19 to meeting in person to this or that. I’ve had to report this body of realtors for bias and discriminatory practices. It’s just really abominable, how they have a lack of performance in addressing ethically challenged realtor/brokers. Furthermore, I reported them after speaking with their sister organizations and accrediting body for feedback, I then proceeded with my various complaints. Nevertheless, there is no reason why my ethics complaints should have not proceeded in a timely fashion even with Covid-19 like other organizations dealing with ethics complaints. It has been over a year, and Covid-19 significantly reduced with vaccine treatment since 2020 but still nothing.I advise anyone to take the necessary measures with the state and government if you are experiencing any issues that are outside of normal business practices by this body of realtors. Apparently, they hold no accountability whatsoever. Since, the association wants to respond, I will now publish all of my emails between myself and your organization. Your response is that of a low life and this is why I reported you because you’ve done nothing against the two realtors I reported who should have been reviewed for ethics complaints 1-11. Instead, entitlement and or racism by your institution has protected them. I’m saving your response for the state. And, it’s Dr. Chrissie to you! Ring a bell now. My cases were open close to 1 1/2 years ago. Your organization will be looking at federal discrimination suit very soon. And, save this also for the investigator on this case. You should not be an association because your compromised with no values but once I publish my case the public and future realtors will know to stay away especially realtors of color. You’re an absolute racist! And, may many people of color come forward to call you out on it and my track record is great because I report people like you. Thank you for your response because I knew exactly who you really are behind this association holding up my ethics complaints for nothing. So, now the state will look into you too! And I admonish anyone to follow this case because I see things through to the end. Racism will not be tolerated in Buffalo anymore. Your realtors lied and sold me many defects in my home with my relocation and none of you will get away with it. Hope this now rings a bell loud and clear! You’re not dealing with the average Joe here pal. This is not your personal organization and you will be held accountable. Lawyer up because my firm is just getting started!Oh and I love Five Guys they are the best and get 5 stars. Can you not afford them????
