They do not as an office but they do provide referral to WNY caring for pets program. If you apply underneath that program they will accept the cash assistance made available as well as allow payment arrangemen. So I would say indirectly yes. The office is very knowledgeable about helpful programs in the area if you can't cover the cost. WNY caring for pets program is income-based. And also helps out in emergency situation and during rescues if verification from animal control ASPCA is provided
Not sure. They do offer a flat rate that is competitive. The rate is in line with West Side Pet Clinic. Check there as well.
