First time renting with Easirent. The process was extremely easy and the staff was very helpful. Darren specifically helped out a whole lot and because of him I will be coming back for future car rentals.

I had the same deposit and had to watch my credit card statement to be sure my deposit was returned

UPDATE: Shortly after this fiasco I disputed the charges and got all of my money back. My complaints are too long to list here. To sum my experience up, I had a reservation, got to their location, PAID for rental, THEN they started asking for my insurance card, a 250.00 hold on my credit card. When I told them my credit card only had a 300.00 limit, she wanted to charge me 60.00 to reverse the charges!! After all of their ridiculous request, I ended taking their shuttle back to the airport WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER. They didn't have a care in the world. As I was leaving, the were two other families headed back to the airport on the same shuttle. They held my money up on my credit card with no consideration. This company is a scam. Pay the extra for a rental car and save yourself from the nightmare of easirent. SHAME ON YOU!!! I almost promise most of you will be disappointed and if you continue down this path, you'll be out of business soon!!

They are a small company with few employees. I feel they are doing the best they can.

I called for four days and was the 6th caller in line only to be hung up on whenever it got to me so I asked the same question... shady
They will charge you more there because it happened to me in October stated website used was outside vendor I was supposed to pay only $82 for rental cost me $162

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THEY ARE LIARS. ALL OF THEM. THEY RENT YOU BEAT UP CARS AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. THEN TEY TO FORCE YOU TO GET THEIR INSURANCE. LUCKILY FOR ME I JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE MY DECLARATION PAGE VIA EMAIL FROM MY AUTO CARRIER. EVERY TIME I THINK ANOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I’M GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW.

There cars are already registered. So you cannot use your own. But you have the option to pay $10 per day for theirs or not.
I accepted the charges because ppl in Fl can’t drive
that's what i'm trying to figure out because they aren't open until 6
Call the company on time and extend one more day so that you will not be charged for late delivery.
