Wish I could leave a lower review. They are the rudest people out front and on the telephone. No way in this environment they should employee these rude people. Also they have such a turn over rate it’s crazy. They want you to attend therapy but it seems the teacher quits, fired, or moves on all the time and it’s always starting over and with someone different. Jack is the only one I would give praise to as he listens and has been there from the beginning with me. I dint know how this place is not shut down by the state for how rude they are and the way they treat people. Even when I’m there for my appointment I see it first hand how they treat others out front and how rude they are. I wish they was a number to have the state investigate this place. More people need to complain and not let them just get away with this type of behavior when they are setup to help people. If you have been treated unfairly find the ethics hotline it’s 24/7 and you can also leave a complaint there but not sure if it will help. I will continue to complain until the rude people are gone.

RUDE, UNORGANIZED, UNCARING, AND IN IT FOR STATE FUNDS. I WORKED THERE FOR 2 WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID! THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO IDEA WHY I WAS NOT PAID . I HAVE OVERDRAFT FESS BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AND ALL I GET IS..WE ARE SORRY..YOU KNOW THEY GET THEIR MONEY!

I put 3 because I'm in anger management "not by choice lol" and the teacher have switched 3times now because they went on to do different things, the problem is the last 2 teachers failed to give us the new ID #. First tether told us she was leaving but didn't give us the new ID. The second teacher didn't tell us she was leaving and didn't give the new ID # the class is 12weeks long I stay because each teacher has a different perspective on anger no I dont know when they will changed. Every so often a new person comes in and I get to hear how they handle their anger and it can be helpful of course I'll tell mine see if I can help others. Thing is I don't have a choice right now to do these classes so I don't want to get blamed for something the teacher fails to do. It's annoying. I'm not blaming RHA at least they will put me in the right direction when the teacher falls on their part.
