I requested a maintenance order and same day Kevin came by and resolved everything. I don't normally post reviews but I'm doing so because he didn't just come in and get the job done, he was knowledgeable and friendly. I've never had a problem with this property and their employees.

Do not rent from them. They will treat you very poorly. They do not stick to their word. They make up random things along the way. You have to ask multiple times for things to be fixed correctly. I’ve had multiple things break and stop working and they seem to not care, but it’s the front office. The maintenance guys are extremely nice. If you plan on having anything on your patio you do not want to live here. You cannot have a toolbox, patio furniture, a bicycle, a grill, etc. they literally told me my bicycle, my chairs, and my toolbox make the apartment complex look “trashy”. They are very inconsiderate and rude. They will also interrupt and talk over you every time you talk to the front desk. Management does not care how these horrible ladies treat you. They also will hang up on you if they don’t like what you have to say. If they keep interrupting, being rude, and talking over you and you talk over them they will hang up on you. Our neighbors lease was also lost and they almost upped their rent because of their mistake. They lose things constantly. I even had a busted pipe in my kitchen and it took them days to come fix it and turns out every request was “lost”. You get a very tiny storage outside and you can tell the apartments are not well kept. This apartment is NOT worth the money. Save your time, energy, and money.
