I love this apartment community! I don’t think I’ve had any issues since being here in Henderson. Such a convenient location, close to the 515, Raising Canes, Winco, Starbucks, gas stations, you name it…oh and Crumbl is gonna be open soon close by. Definitely a top notch location for the price that you pay in comparison to the competition in that same area.

When I moved in when it was new, touted as an Upscale community, screen applicants, nice units, nice amenities, pool, convenient location, park across street, but over the years been sliding downhill, becoming a down scale community, HPD seem to be regular calls here, can't enjoy pool, screaming babies, vaping, noisy neighbors, despite no smoking policy, smoking persists, they don't enforce the non smoking policy, neighbors cigarettes stinking up my apt, property cleanliness lacking, dumpster overflowing, stairwells filthy, dogs relieve themselves everywhere, speeding cars, then after 2 yrs of Covid shutdown had the nerve to raise rents 24%....and doubled water & garbage fees. paying more but getting less...management & staff turnover high..
