I toured with Melody this past week and wanted to make sure to leave her a review as well as for the property. Melody spoke with great poise, and made me feel very comfortable while touring. She had a lot of great things to say about living there and also mentioned the pro's of living in the area. I had decided to rent a house with my roommate however, if or when we move out of there I will definitely be returning back to this place. It feels modern, calm, and very professionally ran. Thank you for the great tour Melody, keep up the good work!!

During the process of walking though prices changed on the property after we had already started an application, at the end of showing you the advertised 2123, 2611, they walk you to a property called the Beach with renovated granite counters not listed as available , having $80.00 higher price then the larger units, basically bait & switching. Rose (Assistant Manager) the person that walked us through the property, never sent requested information or provided pricing after we left as promised and told us the unit 522 was only $20,00 dollars more. I got this feeling after speaking to the Manager. The listed price on the larger Apartments $1625 at the end they tried to bump it up $1780.00. ( Consumers Beware)

I wouldn’t recommend this apartments to NOBODY! The management seems okay until you moved in! The property manager Matt Vasquez is the absolute worse manager! I have never in the 15 years I lived in Las Vegas and Henderson had a property manager treat me and other tenets the way he does. I’m actually helping four of my former neighbors to find new places to live for the kids and family.He walks around and yells at all the kids and tells them there not allowed on all common areas so basically they can’t go outside! His attitude and demeanor is just disrespectful to a different level I ask for corporate number he refuses to prove it! I am so happy and grateful I no longer live there 😇. Also the parking is horrible all the money that is paid for rent and there is NOT assigned parking. I have had to park my car on the other side of the apartment complex literally 4 to 5 times in a 7 day week. My car was broken into several times! It’s just terrible Matt has my child traumatized by the way he use to follow him around and yell at him when he would only be outside playing. If you have kids or not I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving in here! Also not to mention Henderson Police are over there a few days a week too because of all the brake ins and Drama. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO LIVE!

Thé maintenance gentlemen went above and beyond and I thank him for dealing with barking dogs lol. He was a sport and thank you for pointing at that out vent wasn’t working . He needs a raise 😀
