I recently viewed and applied to these apartments and am thoroughly impressed! Ive been viewing apartments for the last 2 months and have come across everything that would turn anyone away from an apartment complex. Empire has great and helpful management(Nicky and Lisa specifically! Thanks guys!) and everything in person matches the online pictures. My favorite feature is the Vivint smart home system built in to each apartment. Definitley adds a layer of safety and peace of mind everyone needs. Fingers crossed I get approved and can move in soon! Will update if I do! ***update*** I got approved and moved in! These apartments are beautiful and the move in was so easy. Nicky did my walkthrough and was sweet as always. I even had my first work order(batteries dead in a lock nothing major) and Steven, the maintenance worker, was polite, informative and funny as well. I’ve had nothing short of an excellent experience with Empire. I love it here!
