You won’t find a more comfortable, convenient and friendly living environment like Vintage At Seven Hills. Comfortable: Your apartment home is just that, a HOME. With ample living space you can decorate and furnish to make it your own. Convenient: Minutes from public transportation, Post Office, hospital & emergency services, fantastic little strip mall that includes pet services, cleaners, Anytime Fitness Center, a 7-11 and more that are just steps away from your apartments main entrance. Friendly: The Vintage Staff is GREAT!! They’re there to help you and help you with a smile. They’re doors are always open. If you have a question or something in your apartment needs attention, simply drop by the office or send them an email and they’re on it. The COVID PANDEMIC did of course interrupt full use of the Rec Center and other facilities but we’re back on track and enjoying it. Weekly BINGO, in house entertainment in our rec-room and more. A recent addition to Vintage is an on site SALON, available to all residents. Come on in, take a tour. . . You’ll be glad you did!!! See you soon 😉

Vintage at Seven Hills is an Affordable Housing community therefore, we do have income restrictions. Cheryl Badoux Community Director
This is an over 55 community and income as of 2021 is capped at $31,500 per year.
